Our Team
Many of our caregivers are mothers of children with autism or other disabilities who have spent years dedicating themselves to their own families. Their experience, patience, and care have made them experts in ways that can’t be taught.
Others come from professional backgrounds—some are former RVTs or studied in related fields and have worked for well-known companies throughout the Bay Area. They’ve made the intentional choice to shift into one-on-one caregiving because they’ve found deeper meaning and connection in personal, relationship-based care.
We proudly see them as the true masters—holding degrees in compassion, resilience, and lived experience.
Now, they’re using their knowledge and hearts to help other families find the qualified, trustworthy care they deserve.

To ensure the best possible outcomes for both families and caregivers, we ask all clients to commit to a one-year contract. This structure provides the stability children need and the reliability caregivers deserve—helping build lasting relationships that truly make a difference.
We offer flexible scheduling tailored to your family’s unique needs:
